Acrylics Painting - Google Classrooms

On this course we will dip into a selection of focussed Acrylic painting projects over the duration of the term. Your tutor, Vaughan, will deliver a short demonstration to your group at the start of the live session, followed by an opportunity to engage with the project at home, whilst receiving guidance, advice and tips as you work.  We will cover areas of subject matter such as land/seascape, figures and animals etc. and use acrylic techniques to include palette knife, direct brushwork, painting on experimental surfaces and using acrylic mediums.   As the weeks progress, we will use a variety of different styles of painting and approaches that will allow your personal style and creativity to evolve.

What should I bring to the first lesson?

What should I bring to the first lesson?
Acrylics Materials

Set of acrylic paints - Winsor and Newton Cryla Flow, Daler Rowney System 3, and Senellier are good.
Selection of supports for your painting - canvas, canvas board, primed mount card etc - approx A3 size or much larger, depending on personal choice.

You will also need a printer or a device to view images for each session.
