Course Overview

Join me to deeply relax and bathe in soothing sound vibrations from the voice, harmonium, symphonic gong, Tibetan singing bowls and bamboo chimes. You can choose to lay down or sit on a comfy chair.

Bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillow, cushion, eye mask and anything else you need to feel comfy and cosy and relaxed. Gong bath vibrations can be very powerful, so these sessions are not recommended during pregnancy or for those with a heart condition. Suitable for over 16yrs.

Eligibility:

Those who are not currently in education, training or employment and are in receipt of state benefits or support (excluding state retirement pension). those aged 50 plus who are not in full-time employment.

- To allow us to provide equal opportunities for all eligible learners, please refrain from enrolling on more that three Learning For Work courses at this time. -
