Children will create their own original, imaginative, creative paintings about mammals, birds, fish, reptiles or amphibians (frogs, toads, salamanders, newts, caecilians).
They may concentrate on painting a few or lots of different wild species.
Or they may design their own ‘Wild Creatures’ which are a mixture of all of them!
Children will develop their imaginative, artistic skills and design ideas. They will also gain an understanding of primary, secondary, tertiary, tints, colour-mixing, design and composition.
They will gain a deeper understanding of our Worlds’ amazing creatures by discussion and their personal painting art practice.
