Create small roses out of modelling chocolate as a part of cupcake decoration. Decorate luxurious cupcakes.
Beautiful autumn arrangement from leaves and berries.
Autumn theme cake - Covering a cake with fondant and decorating it with leaves and berries.
Quirky Halloween cake toppers. Buttercream piping – decorating a cake with buttercream. Christmas cake toppers; Decorating a cake Christmas theme. Christmas biscuits.
You will need to purchase equipment and ingredients through this course to complete the topics. Each week teacher will tell you what you will need for the following week. The tutor will post the full terms topics and equipment needed in the classroom at the start of term, so that you will know what to buy.

What should I bring to the first lesson?

What should I bring to the first lesson?
Equipment for week 1
Apron, tea towel, small rolling pin and board for rolling paste on; small pallet knife/spatula for spreading the buttercream on the cupcakes; Piping bag & star tip; any circle cookie cutter – 7-8cm diameter (pie/scone cutter)
150g Modelling chocolate (white), 6 cupcakes; 200g Buttercream; Cake box or other box for transporting the cakes.

For lessons throughout the year you will need:
Flower paste (Saracino pasta Bouquet; Simply heaven or other brands); Fondant; Modelling paste - white (Saracino); Piping tips N1M & 4B star tips; Writing piping tips 2mm & 4mm; Small star nozzle as PME N8 or Ateco N24; No 120 Medium Petal Piping nozzle; Coupler for piping bag; Disposable piping bags; Leaf cutters; PME flower leaf shaper tool; Modelling instruments; Small rolling pin; Silicon mat
