Course Overview

During the course we use a variety of models, and students will be able to explore different techniques and styles to represent the human body; whilst being encouraged in their own style.
The tutor will guide the class, responding to individual needs with encouragement and advice.

Additional Costs

Students will need to bring their own paper / sketchbooks, and materials for drawing – but there is plenty of variety of paper, and some materials for sale on site at Llanover Hall at very reasonable prices!
The tutor generally brings materials along to the class for students to experiment with.
Easels and masking tape are provided.

What should I bring to the first lesson?

Paper / sketchbook and materials for drawing. A ruler may also be useful.

Eligibility:

Those who are not currently in education, training or employment and are in receipt of state benefits or support (excluding state retirement pension). those aged 50 plus who are not in full-time employment.

- To allow us to provide equal opportunities for all eligible learners, please refrain from enrolling on more that three Learning For Work courses at this time. -
