Fun and relaxing art sessions with a focus on improving mental health and wellbeing. Art has the power to make you feel good, reducing stress and allowing the mind to focus and relax. Everyone has the potential to be creative but with our busy lives it can be difficult to express and nurture ourselves creatively. Over the weeks we will try a range of creative mediums: paint, clay, printing and creative writing. No previous experience necessary: this is a chance to try something new in a friendly, encouraging environment with no rights or wrongs.
