Course Overview
Introduce students to surface decoration by practice, testing and using various materials and techniques on the clay surface. You will produce a library of samples of various surface decorations. These will be made of surface decoration with clay, use of slips, use of underglaze and use of glazes. You will understand how various tools can produce marks. Make your own stamps.
Gain more confidence in mark making on clay.
