Course Overview

During Term 3 (10 weeks) 31 March – 14 July 2025 you will learn how to:
Easter bonnet cupcakes;
Making a cosmos flower; Making an open peony flower; Making stephanotis blossoms and eucalyptus;
Making woodland animals; Making an edible woodland, fungi and plants; Making a pixie and aFairy house cake;
Making a wafer paper flowers and decorations.

What should I bring to the first lesson?

Apron; Table protecting cover/silicon mat;
6 cupcakes; 150g buttercream; 200g fondant; Small pallet knife; Modelling tools; Small blossom cutters; Circle cutter –4-5cm diameter; Small scissors; Edible dust colours; Cake box or other box for transporting your decorations or cakes

Eligibility:

Those who are not currently in education, training or employment and are in receipt of state benefits or support (excluding state retirement pension). those aged 50 plus who are not in full-time employment.
