Create a real STIR!
Learn how to play the spoons with teacher and musician Aidan Sheehan. Nice, easy-going session.
These are real percussion instruments, quite quirky yet good fun to play. Set them free from the kitchen drawer!
You can bring your own along your own spoons (you'll need two; all-metal soup spoons are good, or any metal spoons) or use some of Aidan's spoons at the workshop.
There will be instructions on how to hold them, play them, create different beats, even how to put together a set of easy to hold spoons if you struggle with gripping them. Aidan will show you how to get a nice tone plus you can join in with some sing-alongs with spoon and guitar accompaniment.
